Villa Almas is situated in the hinterland of Split (UNESCO), Dalmatians metropolis, in a small place called Neorić, where you can find yourself some peace and relaxation.

Villa Almas can comfortably accommodate 10 + 2 people.

The mansion is surrounded by many Mediterranean plants, trees and flowers, where one can enjoy pleasant stay outside. In front of the house is a garden where you can find naturally grown various types of vegetables and seasonal fruits, and in every moment, enjoy the natural delights from the garden. Villa is placed in the middle of a 15000 m² fenced property, which gives you privacy and plenty of amazing things to see and activities to do, will surely turn your stay into an experience that you will remember forever!

First floor

Villa has 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds).
First room has a double bed, TV, Air conditioning, wall safe, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and a private balcony oriented to the west.
Second room has two single beds and is also oriented to the west.
Third room has a double bed, Air conditioning, children's crib, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and a private balcony oriented to the east.
Fourth room has a double bed, Air conditioning and it's oriented to the east.

The main bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, bidet, washbasin, toilet hair dryer and washing machine.

Fully equipped large kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, electric stove and everything you need for cooking and dining is here for you to use.
Living room with a large sofa with a fireplace, LCD TV with Satellite, Air conditioning and a closed terrace in the front of the house, where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning with your family or friends.

Ground floor

On the west side of the ground floor there is a room with two large double beds, sofa bed for extra two people, LCD TV with Satellite, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, stove and everything you need for cooking and dining. There is a bathroom with shower and Hydro massage, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hair dryer.
On east side of the ground floor there is a Fitness room with the latest equipment for exercise and stretching with LCD TV and an extra bathroom next door with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.

Villa Almas has multiple facilities and features that can occupy any person regardless of its age.

Summer Grill House with floor-to-ceiling glazing windows towards the pool area and fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for your culinary expertise. In 42 square meters you will find traditional barbecue perfect for all indoor meals and dining area for 12 people. Arrange the wood and make baked meat or grill meat and fish, and enjoy the taste of food in a natural way. Place perfect for preparing Mediterranean meat or fish delicacies no matter the weather outside. A spacious living room with a UHD TV and sofa is a perfect play zone area for PS5, whereas darts and karaoke equipment perfect for entertainment. Few steps toward the pool area is a pool deck with lounge chairs and sitting area with stone table offering amazing views and maximum relaxation and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by trees and Mediterranean plants, you have enough sun and shades to find yourselves a perfect spot and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool and peaceful surroundings.

The Fitness room is fully equipped to challenge your every body part. There are devices for every age and intensity of exercise, like a running track, stationary bike, cross-trainer, boxing bag, weight lifting board and multi-purpose exercise device designed for amateurs and experienced users. The sweedish ladder and exercise mat can also help your stretching routines.

The multi-sport court is designed for tennis, volleyball, basketball and football. The nets are detachable depending on the sport you want to play and you can also find multiple goal sizes. The sports field is illuminated by floodlights for you to enjoy your activities and during the night. Next to the sport field is a terrain for playing a traditional game in bocce, which is also illuminated.

Heated swimming pool 12 x 5m with Finnish sauna and additional bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, perfect for afternoon tea or to simply sit and relax enjoying the climate full of sunshine with a light breeze, 450 m above sea level. You can also play some table tennis and children can enjoy jumping on the trampoline, swing on swings or play on the slide.

If you want a little bit of recreation, you can take a bike and explore the place and enjoy nature, culture and convenience of the little place of Neorić.

Neorić is a small settlement in Croatian region of Central Dalmatia. It is situated around 30 km far from town Split. Neorić is part of Municipality Muć. It is located in the foot hill of Mount Moseć, 450 m above sea level and not far from the mountains called Svilaja (1508 m above sea level).

Villa Almas is 10 minutes away from the town of Sinj, which is a historically area and has a lot to offer, especially in August. At that time one of the most attractive battles is recreated, celebrating over 300 years since this area was released - Alka. It is an empire of water, fields and stone. Town of Sinj and river Cetina will seduce you with it's rich culture and centuries-old tradition. It takes only 20 minutes of driving to be on one of many beautiful beaches of Split and Historical Complex of Split with the Palace of Diocletian which is under UNESCO protection, and Historic city of Trogir which is also under the protection of UNESCO is 45 km from the Villa. A bus stop with frequent links to Split and Trogir is 600 meters away and Split International Airport is within a 40 km reach. Split Ferry Port with links to numerous Dalmatian Islands is 30 km away. Shops, restaurants, bars, travel agencies, gas stations and ATM's can also be found in the nearest town called Sinj which is 12 km away. You can also visit National park Krka which is 65 km away.
