Przepiękne miejsce na uboczu z daleka od mnóstwa tłumu. Można się tam wyciszyć i odpocząć. Niedaleko są sklepy i piekarnia. Właściciele przemili i zawsze chętni do pomocy. Wiele atrakcji takich jak basen,boisko oraz sauna. Napewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dom idealny dla rodziny lub grupki znajomych. Do większości plaż w okolicy jest około 30km więc blisko autem. Bardzo mile się zaskoczyliśmy jak właściciele czekali na nas z tacą przekąsek i lokalnym piciem. Basen bardzo duży i podgrzewany to wielką zaleta bo niezależnie od pogody można śmiało korzystać. Polecamy z całego serducha!
We were met by mr. Milenko at the gate when arriving. The most kind and gentle man you can imagine. He showed us around in the house and came with good pointers on how to avoid the heat. Explained the use of air conditioning that was available in every room. The presentation ended in the kitchen beside the pool. Here the Milenko family had prepared a very delicious plate of tapas with many kinds of delicious flavours, a couple of bottles of wine and a bottle of mr. Milenkos own morning dram. All during our stay we only saw the family very early in the morning when cleaning the pool. They were extremely polite and respectful in terms of our privacy. Villa Alma’s has everything you need for an active family vacation right at the Villa. And the distance to Split is about half an hour, Trogir 3 quarters of an hour and Sinj, which is worth a visit only 15 minutes drive. With several kitchens you never miss cold beverages
We stayed 1 week in the house - it’s ideal for a larger family like ours. Kids really enjoyed the many facilities, and the house is super functional with air condition in the rooms and the opportunity of so many great activities. Milenko is super friendly and helpful with any requests. All in all a great house.
Spent two weeks here with a group of 12 (5 kids). I don't think anyone had a single complaint - it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The house and facilities are exactly as advertised. The owners lives very close by, and were super helpful any time we needed help with anything.
5 of us have just returned from this incredible villa. The villa is perfection. Absolute perfection. The owners are 2 of the nicest people we have ever met. We also met their lovely son and they gave us a tour of the villa when we arrived. Its massive - its huge!! We had so much space inside and out! The villa is spotlessly clean and that includes the outside areas as well. The pool is cleaned every single morning and its heated!! The gardens are glorious and the smell of the hundreds of roses was lovely! We are all exhausted and this holiday was to rest and have fun - we really did rest and that pool was used every single day for hours and hours. There are so many places to sit outside. Its honestly so big and so comfortable and all of the furnishings inside and out are top quality and so new. Showers are great and hot/powerful. Towels provided for us all. In fact they have everything you could possibly need. The pool house has a huge fridge/freezer plus a huge tv as well as lots of seating and a massive table that seats (I think) 12. We used that every day. Basketball and tennis courts! Trampolines/swings! Table tennis/bikes! So much to do! They also have a gym and a lovely new sauna!! There are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms!!! One of the bedrooms is a suite and has its own living room and 2 big beds plus its own bathroom. We were blown away and loved every single minute and cant recommend this place enough. There are some small shops 2 minutes in the car. Its about 40 minutes easy drive from Split airport - but we wanted to be away from the madness and be somewhere quiet. It is so cheap to hire a car in Split and we only left the villa TWICE!!! Lastly, the owners completely respect your privacy and never ever bother you. They live in another house further away from the villa. They are so kind and so so friendly. I would send WhatsApp messages to ask for advice for things and he was always so happy to help. They have a dog called Timmy - we absolutely loved Timmy. He isn't allowed over to the villa but we would go and get him lol because he was so much fun! He is the most affectionate dog I have ever met! But if you are not a fan of dogs then don't worry as Timmy does live with the owners and would never come over to the house - we just wanted him over! Get this place booked!

Silvana and her husband could not have been more generous and kind hosts. From the moment we arrived after midnight, with welcome food and cocktails to the time we left, with a bottle of homemade alcohol, nothing was too much trouble for them. They made us feel like family with a lovely meal prepared for us to eat with them. The pool and the sports facilities are great to keep everyone entertained with all the equipment provided. Plenty of space for adults, teenagers and kids to spread out and have their own space. The bbq kitchen was a real bonus - this is where we spent lots of our evenings. We had an amazing holiday with lots of things to do within an hours drive. I would highly recommend a stay in Villa Almas.
this Airbnb is a really nice place to kick back and relax in the sun. It's located in a small and quiet town, but the place itself offers lots of activities. The hosts are nice and always helpful.

One of the best vacations we had so far! The house is beautiful and big enough to host all 13 of us, thanks to Silvana and Milo, who arranged an extra bed! During the whole stay, our host were very friendly, surprised us with a nice greeting and let us take strawberries, cherries and more from their garden. Their house is quite close to the Villa Almas, but that wasn’t a problem at all, because they were close when we needed help and never complained, when we used the pool or the tennis field during the night. The equipment for tennis, basketball, badminton, table tennis and all the other sports are very new and always accessible. The tennis court has light for the night and the gym is quite good equipped as well. All in all we can only recommend this place and are thinking about coming back next year. Thank you very much for the wonderful time!
In der Villa haben wir uns von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Der beheizbare Pool war unser absolutes Highlight und man findet alles vor was man braucht. Außerdem ist die Lage top - nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und auch den schönen Stränden!
De gastvrijheid, ontvangst met koel welkomsdrankje, de enorme behulpzaamheid van de mensen. Het was grandioos gewoon.!!

Silvana en Milo hebben een prachtig huis. Als je op zoek bent naar een huis waar je meerdere dagen kan doorbrengen en niet hoeft te vervelen dan is dit perfect. In de omgeving zijn niet veel grote supermarkten dus je bent veel met de auto op pad als je dingen wilt doen of bezoeken. Er zijn wel 2 kleine supermarkten op fietsafstand.
Gostu se svidjelo · Das Grundstück ist unfassbar groß und man so viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Der Vermieter versorgt einen mit allen nötigen Infos, wohnt zwar mit auf dem Grundstück aber ist nicht ständig da. Er und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereit! Egal ob mit der Familie oder mit einer feiernden Reisegruppe, für alle ist etwas geboten.
We had great holidays in Neoric and the house is fantastic. The house and surroundings was exactly as in the internet. The location is in small villeage with quiet and peacefull environment where could you have lazy mornings with riding a bicycle (available on spot) to the nearest shop for fresh croatian bread . It was approx. 20km to the beach (if you want to go) and to Split, but nearer to some small towns around. There are plenty of sport activities you can do on spot, so we could not decide what to do ;-) but were never bored. The swimming pool is large enough for swimming competition ;-) The hosts are very nice and supportive with grilling and they allowed us to get some fresh tomato from their garden (delicious). I truly recommend and hope to be back someday :-)
Absolutely incredible villa, so many features and such a stunning location. We’re a large group of young adults and it was so much fun. The amenities were incredible and I could not recommend this place enough. The hosts are outstanding, responsive but happy to leave you to your own devices.
I spend a week here with a couple of friends of mine and we had an amazing time. The owners of the place are way to lovely; when we arrived they were waiting for us and immediately gave us a tour of the whole place and gifted us with a lovely snack platter, beer, wine and a special home made liquor. Whenever we had any question they were always happy to help and got the thing at hand immediately. The accommodations were also great, good rooms, a pool they cleaned every morning, a perfectly cleaned gym, a sauna long story short: whatever you could wish for. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to live in a mansion for a week with lots of sleeping rooms for a relatively low price.
Excellent accueil de Silvana et Mile, son mari. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances entre amis dans cette très belle propriété loin de la foule et aux multiples équipements. Petits et grands ont beaucoup appréciés. Silvana et Mile, disponibles et attentionnés, ont tout fait pour que nous passions un trés bon séjour. Un grand merci à eux pour leurs gestes d'attentions.

For my first experience with Airbnb, I think this one is going to be hard to beat. Silvana and her son were fantastic: friendly, thoughtful and extremely helpful. And never have I stayed anywhere with such extensive facilities. An early morning session in the gym? A swim in the pool? A game of tennis in the outside court or a game of table tennis in the grill-house? A BBQ? A sauna? We were completely spoiled for choice. On the nights we chose to stay in and cook, the villa was very well equipped for self-catering. We hired a car and explored the area which was great, but far from being just a base and a place to stay, this villa was a holiday experience in itself. Would highly recommend.
Very nice house with all necessary facilities! The landlords are very nice, and welcome you with fresh tapas and homemade drinks, among other things! If there are any problems you can always go to them. Swimming pool was great, and there were also plenty of sports facilities available, everything nice and tidy. There were even bicycles available. The villa is a bit remote from the cities and activities, so a rental car is a must! You can be in Split in about 35 minutes. Definitely recommended!
"My friends and I have spent 2 weeks at Villa Almas and we really enjoyed our stay. The house itself was as it appears on the pictures and the whole property is tremendously spacious. There are numerous possibilities to make time go by quickly, like the pool, the tennis court, or the gym. There are 2 small shops in the village and there are some supermarkets in the next town where you can get all the groceries you need. The city of Split is also easily reachable by car and worth a trip. Communication with the hosts went perfectly fine as well. They always responded quickly an the hospitality was great. In summary, Villa Almas is a superb place and my friends and I can highly recommend it."
This villa is absolutely fantastic. Lana and her mother are incredibly welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The villa is in the most beautiful setting in the Croatian countryside with everything you could possibly need. Every room has aircon or a fan and a smart TV. Multiple kitchens, fridges and dining areas, great for a big group. Pool area and BBQ is fantastic, tennis court is in good order, there are a few small bumbs but we are keen players and it was good enough for us to use regularly. There is even a pizza oven which we used one day making pizzas from scratch which was good fun. Overall I could not recommend this villa more, thank you!"
